Hometown: Florida Everglades

Deep in the Florida Everglades, where the cypress trees rise from murky water and the bullfrogs provide the background vocals, Gator Gank is making a whole new kind of noise.
Meet Roscoe and Clementine, two gloriously unconventional Floridians who have turned their love of electronic music, swamp life, and each other into a sound they call Swampstep.
Combining earthshaking dubstep bass, Southern 808 rhythms, distorted slide guitar, banjo, and the unmistakable atmosphere of the Everglades, Gator Gank delivers music that's every bit as unpredictable as the people making it.
And these two have quite a story.
Roscoe once decided that the perfect engagement gift for his beloved Clementine would be a live alligator. Unfortunately, the intended present, a six-foot gator named Preacher, had other ideas. Roscoe escaped the encounter minus most of his left ring finger.
Rather than interpret the incident as a warning about stealing alligators, the couple decided it was divine intervention against getting married.
The wedding rings were sold, an airboat was purchased, and their unconventional adventures continued.
Today, Roscoe brings the vocals, swagger, and his unmistakable four-and-a-bit-finger salute known as the Gank, while Clementine—his beloved Swamp Lily—commands the decks with genuine musical talent and an appetite for chaos that matches his own.
Together, they produce hard-hitting electronic music infused with Southern attitude, irreverent humor, and an unapologetic celebration of living life on their own terms.
Their debut album, Bourbon & Bug Spray, introduces listeners to their world through eleven tracks of swamp-soaked beats, questionable decisions, unexpected romance, and escalating misadventures.
Signed to Turnin' Tail Records, Gator Gank isn't interested in cleaning up its act for polite company.
They'd rather turn up the subwoofers and see what comes crawling out of the water.
Welcome to Swampstep. Welcome to Gator Gank.
